Authorization of Adjustment Plan of Isocyanate and Polyether Project of Bayer

Lately, State Development and Reform Commission authorized the adjustment plan of Isocyanate and Polyether Project of Bayer Polyurethanes (Shanghai) Com. Ltd. According to the plan, the unit scale of MDI will be made to 350,000 tons, TDI 250,000 and Polyether-polyol unchanged. At the same time, the unit scale of matching production of nitric acid will also be modulated accordingly.
