Recently, approved by Industrial Product Manufacture Licensing Certificate Office of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, Detailed Rules of Issuing Production Permit of Building Waterproofing Membranes (2008 version) have been delivered and will be enacted on September 20th 2008.
