NRCA will offer Foremen Leadership Training, Level 1, Aug. 9 in Las Vegas during the 2021 International Roofing Expo.^®

The one-day class focuses on communication, leadership and management skills and teaches foremen how to work well with all types of people. Participants will learn how to improve their communication skills; handle tough situations tactfully, especially when disciplinary action is needed; establish credibility; build rapport with crew members; and motivate workers to improve job-site productivity.
