Mr. Zhu Dongqing, President of China National Building Waterproof Association, attended the 7thInternational Scientific and Technological Conference "AQUASTOP-2012, Waterproof, roof and heat-insulating materials", which was held in St. Petersburg on 29-30 of May, 2012. Mr. Zhu was alsoinvited as the keynote speaker and made a speech about "Overview about the underground projects'waterproofing materials or technology in China", which was highly welcomed by the audience.

The organizers of the conference are International Analytical review "Alitinform" and SUEPetersburg Metro. About 100 audience attended the event, 80% of whom are waterproofing experts,contractors, designers and architects and so on. About the conference also invited manyinternational well-noted waterproofing and roofing experts as keynote speakers, such as Mr.William Good,Executive vice-president of National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA),Ms.Olga Rio Suarez from Spain Research Centre onSafety and Durability of Structural Materials and Karolyi Rene, Director from Germany Shoumburg LTd.
