In accordance with the document Industrial Standard Item Plan 2003 issue by National Economic & Trade Committee (2003) No. 22, CNWBMIA, Suzhou Waterproof Materials Research Institute of China Chemical Building Materials Corporation and Beijing Civil Engineering Design & Research Institute will start to draft codes for the waterproof membrane and coating used on roads and bridge deck.

The pre-drafting working meeting will be held on August 1 with the participation of the concerned authorities, engineers, experts and related enterprises. The subjects to be discussed in the meeting include: the main principals, guidelines, requirements, items and plans.
