Shanghai Municipal Health Commission reported local confirmed COVID-19 cases in Qingpu and Pudong districts of Shanghai on the evening of November 25. The Organizer of R&W 2021immediately communicated with relevant official departments. At present, the Shanghai municipal government has already started an epidemic prevention and control emergency plan across the entire city, and there are also confirmed cases reported in neighboring provinces and cities, and the corresponding epidemic prevention and control deployment has also been put into effect simultaneously.

In consideration of the current situation in China and overseas , the State Council’s instruction and the health and safety of all participants, as well as the exhibition success, with the support of the President and vice President members of CWA and all exhibitors and after full communication with the relevant parties, the organizer has prudently decided to postpone China International Roofing & Waterproofing Expo 2021 (R&W Expo), which had been scheduled from December 19 to 21, 2021 in National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). The “2021 International Waterproof Forum (Shanghai) " which had been scheduled to be held on December 18, the concurrent seminars to be held during December 19-21, the First “China Championship for Young Roofers " and the other related activities of the exhibition will be postponed together with the exhibition

We sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience caused by the second-time postponement of the exhibition. We will continue to closely monitor the changes of the epidemic situation and actively communicate with relevant authorities and the exhibition venue. The organizer of R&W Expo will announce the updated date and venue of the postponed “China International Roofing & Waterproofing Expo (R&W Expo)," and related activities once confirmed after discussion with all parties.
