Questions for NRCA’s CEO Time:2023/12/25 14:30:00 Hit:331
What is the most important lesson you learned this year?
Understanding and humanity are needed more than ever. We have no idea the issues, challenges or other situations colleagues may be bringing with them to the workplace. We know the individual through a work lens from our time at work with him or her, but what’s going on at home with family, health or personal issues often can be hidden from us. Those stresses and burdens are part of what that colleague brings to his or her work. Knowing the entire person is important to a strong working partnership.
What is one good thing you see for the roofing industry in 2024?
I’m excited about the new generations entering the industry. Seeing parents bringing their adult children into the field is thrilling. The young people early and midway into their careers show so much promise that you can’t help but be excited!
